Presently DNHO has three survey ships and two survey boats.

Survey ships Çubuklu and Çeşme both carries latest modern equipment. Çubuklu has been designed for medium and shallow water missions, while Çeşme has been designed for medium and deep water missions. Both of the survey boats which have been used for surveying since 1993 are specially built for hydrographic and oceanographic studies in shallow waters.
